Holistic life coaching is for the person who is committed to living a healthier lifestyle and is looking for custom, one on one guidance, accountability and support to have lasting results. This option is great for the person who was never taught anything about a healthy lifestyle and for the person who knows what to do, but doesn't do what they know. During these weekly sessions, we dive deep into your personal development to help you take the actions to change your habits so you can feel your best and solve the problems that are preventing you from living your best life.

Yoga nourishes our relaxation response and down regulates our stress response. It incorporates mindfulness, movement, breath and mediation which can have an incredibly positive impact on our lives.

Over the past 7 years, Chelsea has been my massage therapist providing much needed support for my Ankylosing spondylitis arthritis. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field of expertise and could adjust her technique and the amount of pressure I desired depending on the level of inflammation I was experiencing.
